CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

BUSINESS AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Job Summary:
  • To manage the entire project development life cycle—from land assessment, acquisition, planning,
  • business conceptualization, permitting, house construction, and turnover to the Homeowners Association (HOA)
  • To collaborate with the project team (engineering, planning, legal and technical services, sales, and marketing) to meet financial, sales, and project targets.
  • To assess the feasibility and secure properties that will be developed into residential projects, which
  • involves close coordination with the internal (project team) and external clients (agents/brokers, government offices and agencies)
Qualifications:
  • With at least 5 years of Business and/or Project Development experience, preferably in a real estate company
  • With at least 2 years managerial or 3 years officership experience
  • of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Economics/Accountancy, or any business-related course
  • With strong analytical skills and background on financials
  • With strong negotiation skills
Job Summary:
  • To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties;
  • To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects; and
  • To manage the property and raw land offers database.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/ Accountancy, or any business-related course
  • With 3-4 years of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research department
  • With strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling people is an advantage
Job Summary:
  • To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties;

  • With at least 1-2 years work experience handling Land Acquisition, Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research within the real estate industry
  • With strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • With knowledge of applicable real estate policies and standard practices

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Job Summary:
  • To collect and ensure buyer’s payments are made based on the Official Computation Sheet (OCS).
  • To collate, scan and send out Sales Invoice (SI) copy to buyers;
  • To regularly update the monitoring file for coordination and alignment of account status; and
  • To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any relevant course
  • With at least 1-2 years work experience as Billing and Collection or Finance staff
  • Knowledgeable on the collection process and applicable real estate policies and standard practices
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
Job Summary:
  • To strengthen brand presence that will result to heightened brand awareness in various digital platforms by conceptualizing the content strategy for all (i.e., the company website and official social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) and ensure all digital efforts are directed towards reaching the target market;
  • To maximize the digital budget to gain targeted result; and
  • To coordinate closely with the Creatives team for the material design and execution which are aligned with the overall content strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management
  • At least 1-2 years of content digital marketing experience
  • At least 1-2 years of social media and website analytics experience
  • Knowledge in digital marketing platforms
  • With good communication skills, both oral and written
  • With excellent planning and strategy conceptualization
Job Summary:
    • To handle and address internal and external customer’s daily inquiries, requests, and concerns (IRCs)
through different channels such as emails, calls, and walk in clients in a timely manner
  • To prepare Request for Special Approval with corresponding history and status of accounts needed for the evaluation of the Approving Heads/Officers.
Qualifications:
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Relations/Service in the Real Estate Industry
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
  • With good customer service skills
Job Summary:
  • To administer case investigation to the sales workforce and take necessary actions against sellers who commit acts prohibited by the company
  • To ensure proper documentation for case investigation
  • To provide quality and efficient case management service to internal salespersons and concerned departments and external customers .
  • To collect all requirements of all aspiring sellers for accreditation.
  • To update and maintain a Masterfile of all accredited sellers
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably with Legal or Paralegal studies
  • Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
Job Summary:
  • To collect the minimum required down payment of buyers for Booking
  • To ensure timely tagging of account from Contracted to Booked Sale
  • To regularly update Booked Sale monitoring file for coordination and alignment of account status
  • To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
  • Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
Job Summary:
  • To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates placement
  • To monitor and update seller’s database
  • To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients
  • To handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners; and
  • To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • preferably in the real estate industry
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Psychology
  • Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DIVISION

Job Summary:
  • Oversees budgeting and forecasting, including preparation, analysis, and financial management.
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and insights that support strategic decision-making and maintain financial discipline.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses
  • At least 3-4 years of related experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in the real estate development industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for supporting the financial planning and budget management of the company, assists in consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial results.
  • Responsible for updating the Project financials, comparing the Latest Estimate vs Approval to Launch.
  • Involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of related experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in the real estate industry.
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting or related programs
  • Strong analytical skills
Job Summary
  • Manage the Company’s treasury operations, including liquidity, cash flow, financing, and financial risk management.
  • Optimize the capital structure and secure financing to support real estate development projects and growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on funding strategies, financial risk mitigation, and investment management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury, finance, or banking, preferably within real estate development or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in corporate liquidity, cash flow, debt financing, and risk management, with a strong track record in structuring and negotiating real estate project financing.
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing cost control measures to ensure that the Company's construction cost expenditures remain within its budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of related cost control experience
Job Summary
  • Handle timely and accurate processing of buyer collections and prepare consolidated AR reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account reconciliation and provide quality customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking (CPA a plus) with 6-12 months related experience; real estate and SAP experience are advantages.
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of various tax returns and reports in compliance with Philippine tax regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in tax compliance, general accounting, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, particularly BIR rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in preparing and filing tax reports (e.g., 1601-EQ, 1604-CF, 2550M/Q, 2316, etc.).
  • Experience with accounting systems and manual bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

LEGAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION

Job Summary:
  • Liaises with government agencies for the application, processing, and release of project permits and licenses.
  • Handles title transfer processing for projects and individual buyers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Liaison/Technical Admin/Technical Documentation or Technical Service staff in a real estate company.
  • Strong understanding of permits and licensing processes; with existing government agency contacts.

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DIVISION

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for ensuring all Engineering Plans related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project are compliant to the requirements of Batasang Pambansa (BP) 220 and PD 957, National Building Code, and Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Standards.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 3 years of experience in handling Real Estate projects specifically in construction, and engineering
  • Knowledge on House and Land Development Process, as well as Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
Job Summary:
  • Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned tasks are performed efficiently in accordance with the approve plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed civil engineer
  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience as a site engineer in horizontal development
  • Willing to be deployed to project sites (Calauan, Laguna/ Calamba, Laguna / Lipa, Batangas)
Job Summary:
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on design plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, construction cost estimation, and budget management; experience in housing/affordable housing projects preferred.
  • Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Knowledge of house and land development, AutoCAD (advanced proficiency), engineering tools, MS Office, and business ethics frameworks.
Job Summary:
  • Responsible for the consolidation of records and actual project cost versus the approved budget and be able to create analysis on the data gathered that will assist the site operations to manage the resources.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry preferably in horizontal development
  • SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
Job Summary:
  • Handle sourcing of equipment, goods, and service providers, and acquire new vendors to maintain a reliable supplier pool.
  • Review and evaluate specifications for bids, negotiate vendor terms and pricing, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Assistant in a real estate or construction company.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Job Summary:
  • Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees in safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety laws.
  • Serve as liaison with management, regulatory bodies, and local authorities on safety, health, and security matters.
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct safety trainings, audits, and inspections across all sites, support EHSS program development, and act as secretariat of the Project Safety and Health Committee.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience as Safety Officer Level 2 (SO2) in construction or building projects.
  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • With COSH, Loss Control Management, and Standard First Aid Training certifications.
