PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), Century PHirst Corporation, (CPC),, Tanza Properties I Inc. (TPI), Tanza Properties II Inc. (TPII), and Tanza Properties III Inc. (TPIII) (Collectively referred to as the PHirst Companies), recognize its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and all other related laws, with respect to the data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates, or destructs from the guest/s.

The personal data obtained from this transaction is entered and stored within the Developer’s information and communication system and will only be accessed by PHirst Companies’ authorized personnel. PHirst Companies has instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of its buyers and employees’ personal data. The information collected and stored shall only be used for the following purposes: (a) service requests, (b) dissemination of events, (c) products offerings, and (d) similar activities held by PHirst Companies.
