Promo Period – 11 May 2026 until 12 February 2027 (the “Promo Period”)
Area Coverage – All PHirst Park Homes Inc (PPHI) projects nationwide with a valid license to sell from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development during the Promo Period, including PHirst Park Homes Tanza. This promo owned by Tanza Properties I, Inc., Tanza Properties II, Inc., and Tanza Properties III, Inc.
Who can join? (“Qualified Buyer”) – All buyers who have: (a) completed all documents required for their purchase; and/or (b) paid and/or updated to at least Five Percent (5%) of Total Contract Price (TCP) during the Promo Period.
Who cannot join?
- Employees of PPHI and the Century Properties Group and all brands affiliated thereto, and their relatives up to fourth (4th) degree of affinity and consanguinity; and
- Buyers whose Units are past due and funded through bank financing or PAG-IBIG Financing
How to join – Each buyer earns raffle entries based on the price of their unit and how quickly they complete payments and documents. Both the “official entry” coupon and the “buyer’s copy” coupon must be filled with the principal buyer’s details, including their complete home address, email address, and cellphone number. The raffle coupons marked as “official entry” must be dropped in designated drop boxes at various PHirst Park Homes projects or its Head Office. Buyers shall retain the corresponding coupon marked as “buyer’s copy” for their own records and for presentation when the prize is claimed.
- How Raffle Entries are Computed
- Base Tickets: For every PhP1,000,000.00 of the purchased unit’s TCP = 1 raffle entry (rounded up to the nearest million).
- Multipliers: The number of tickets earned per million shall be multiplied according to the following multipliers:
- If reservation fee, 5% of TCP, and documents are completed within the same month as reservation fee, the base tickets shall be multiplied:
- Q1 2026 → x5
- Q2 2026 → x4
- Q3 2026 → x3
- Q4 2026 → x1
- Q1 2027 → x1
- If reservation fee, 5% of TCP, and documents are completed within 30 days but not the same month as the reservation fee, the base tickets shall be multiplied:
- Q1 2026 → x4
- Q2 2026 → x3
- Q3 2026 → x2
- Q4 2026 → x1
- Q1 2027 → x1
- If full TCP paid in cash → x20

Determination of winners
- Raffle draw
- Prior to the raffle drawing, all coupons will be combined in a raffle draw machine, which shall be witnessed by a DTI representative. OFW and local buyers’ entries will have separate raffle drums.
- A DTI representative will be invited to witness every raffle draw.
- Number of times a participant may win/join – Each raffle entry gives a Qualified Buyer a chance to participate in the raffle. Once chosen, a winner may only win once.
Announcement – Winners will be announced on PPHI’s official communication channels, social media, and/or website, as well as through the email address, and phone number indicated in the raffle entry. Winners will be officially notified through registered mail sent to the address stated in their raffle entry.
Prizes
- Prizes cannot be given, sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person.
- Winners receive a cash subsidy, which will, without need of further authorization, be directly applied to the TCP of their purchased unit.
- The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by PPHI.
- Subsidy amounts depend on the house model purchased by the Qualified Buyer:

Where to claim prize – Prizes shall be personally claimed at the PPHI Head Office located in 30th Floor, Century Diamond Tower, Kalayaan Avenue cor. Salamanca Street, Century City, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City
How to claim prize –
- Buyer must personally appear and present the following to claim the prize:
- At least two (2) valid, primary government-issued ID and:
- OFWs must present a valid Passport. In addition, to confirm their OFW status, they must present either an Overseas Employment Certificate, work visa, or Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Membership Certification Verification or Record
- Locally employed winners must present either a company ID or certificate of employment
- Official notice sent to them via registered mail
- Proof of purchase of a unit (Conditional Purchase Agreement, invoice, receipt, etc.)
- Raffle entry stub corresponding to the ticket drawn
- At least two (2) valid, primary government-issued ID and:
- After confirmation of the winner’s identity and the signing of relevant paperwork, the prize shall be processed in the winner’s name.
- By claiming a prize, the buyer agrees that his or her video and/or photograph may be taken by PPHI. Such photographs and videos shall belong solely to PPHI and may be posted on any of its websites, social media, advertisements, and the like.
