PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) has once again demonstrated its commitment to nation-building and community development by actively participating in the Department of Education’s annual Brigada Eskwela program for 2026.
Driven by its core value of fostering connected and supportive communities, PHirst extended relevant resources to three public elementary schools across Laguna, ensuring that students return to safer, more comfortable, and better-equipped learning environments.
Targeted Support for Laguna Schools
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, PHirst collaborated directly with school administrators to identify and address the specific, high-priority infrastructural needs of each institution.
- Laguerta Elementary School (Calamba): PHirst focused its efforts on improving student common areas by completely rehabilitating the old steel benches located in the school’s covered court. This ensures students have a safe and durable space for assembly and recreation.

- San Vicente Elementary School (San Pablo): Recognizing the vital importance of student health and proper hydration, the company funded and installed two brand-new drinking fountains on the campus grounds.

- Masiit Elementary School (Calauan): Matching the clean water initiative in San Pablo, PHirst also stepped in to install two drinking fountains at this Calauan-based school, providing students with easy access to safe drinking water throughout the school day.

For PHirst, community development goes far beyond property lines. By ensuring these students return to safer, healthier, and more supportive learning environments, the developer reaffirms its heartfelt commitment to nurturing the next generation and shaping a better tomorrow for its host communities.
