A proud night for PHirst Park Homes Inc. as it takes home two major recognitions at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, further affirming its position as a developer committed to making quality homes and communities more accessible for Filipino families.
Held on August 20, 2026, at Shangri-La The Fort, the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards brought together the country’s leading names in real estate to recognize outstanding developments, companies, and professionals shaping the industry.
This year, PHirst Park Homes Inc. emerged as one of the evening’s notable winners, taking home:
- Best Community Developer
- Best First Home Development – PHirst Park Homes Gen San
These recognitions are a significant milestone for PHirst, recognizing not only the strength of its developments but also its continued efforts to make quality homeownership more attainable for Filipinos.
The Best Community Developer award recognizes PHirst’s broader commitment to building communities designed around the needs of modern Filipinos. From thoughtfully planned neighborhoods to amenities and spaces that encourage connection, PHirst continues to look beyond the house itself to create places families can truly call home.
Meanwhile, the Best First Home Development win for PHirst Park Homes Gen San marks an exciting achievement for PHirst’s growing presence nationwide, specifically in Mindanao. As the brand’s first project in the region, the development brings its vision of accessible, quality community living to General Santos City.
These awards reinforce what PHirst strives to deliver through its 4Cs—Complete, Conceptive, Connected, and Convenient—while keeping the focus firmly on the Filipino family’s journey toward homeownership.
Winning at the PropertyGuru Philippines Awards is more than recognition. It is a testament to the people behind every PHirst community and the families who place their trust in the brand.
As PHirst continues to expand into new markets and strengthen its position in the horizontal housing segment, these awards serve as an important reminder of its purpose: to help more Filipinos turn their dream homeownership into reality.
These milestones mark an exciting new chapter as PHirst prepares to showcase Filipino real estate excellence at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok. Will PHirst capture top honors in Asia? Watch out for the big reveal this December!
